I've been unplugging systems from bad decisions since 2012.

I'm Sady Plabon, and I came at this from the wrong end on purpose. I started freelancing in 2012 doing SEO — the traffic side, long before the building side. Spend enough years trying to rank sites you are not allowed to change and you learn the lesson early: the build and the visibility are the same problem wearing two hats. So in 2015 I started making the things myself.

Since then it has gone downward through the stack rather than sideways. E-commerce manager at Pran-RFL Group, then Jamuna Group. Now IT manager at The Daily Campus, where I build and maintain the platform, produce interactive ads, and run the infrastructure it all sits on — Docker, nginx, pipelines, the machinery nobody thanks you for until the day it stops.

That whole path is the pitch. I can model the database, write the permission rules where they actually hold, ship the interface, deploy it, and then tell you in the same conversation whether anyone will ever find it. No handoff, no "that's the dev team's side", no three-agency telephone game.

The rest of the time I make music and take photographs, which turn out to be the same job with different tools. Get the timing right. Decide what stays in the frame. Then take out every part that isn't carrying its weight. Builds, mixes and photographs all fail the same way — too many things competing at once, every one of them technically correct.

Do I know kung fu? No. But I have read your theme's functions.php, and honestly that took more courage.
